Eligibility for Refunds
Since we provide digital products, templates, and downloadable assets, all purchases are considered final once the files have been delivered. Digital items cannot be physically returned, and access to the product is immediate, so refunds are generally not provided. However, you may request a refund if you experience a proven technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the product, and our support team confirms that the product is defective and cannot be fixed. Refund requests based on personal preferences, design style, misunderstanding of product features, or change of mind do not qualify.

Incorrect or Damaged Files
If any file is missing, corrupted, or incorrectly delivered, you must contact us within three days of purchase. Our team will verify the issue and provide a corrected file, an alternative format, or a full replacement at no extra cost. We will only process a refund if the problem cannot be resolved through replacement, and the fault is confirmed to be on our side.

Non-Refundable Items
All digital downloads, template packages, graphics, media files, plugins, or software-related items are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Unauthorized distribution, misuse, or violation of license terms automatically voids any possibility of a refund. Purchases made during discounts, promotional offers, or bundle sales are also non-refundable.

Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order only before payment is completed. Once the payment is processed or download access is granted, the order can no longer be cancelled. If accidental duplicate purchases occur, customers must notify us immediately. Verified duplicate purchases may be refunded or converted into store credit.

Technical Support & Assistance
We provide support for installation, usage guidance, and troubleshooting related to our products. Before requesting a refund, you agree to cooperate with our support team so they can attempt to resolve any technical issue. If the issue is due to your device, software version, or unsupported system, it does not qualify for a refund, though we will still assist as much as possible.

Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within seven to ten business days. Depending on your payment method, additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
